We have a passion for what we do.  The founder of Capital Advanced Technology Services has over 35 years of management and technical experience.  He has managed services at several large Government computing centers, innovated service processes, and incorporated industry best-practices to improve the quality of service.  He has a proven ability to adapt to changing business environments and to develop organizations that rapidly respond to customer needs.  He earned a Project Management Professional certification and is an experienced CMMI SCAMPI appraiser.
